Achieving the company's sales performance targets by generating revenue through raw material sales, semi-finished product sales, or joint project development with customers, and earning performance bonuses. 3. Excellently managing customers by developing project tracking with customers, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, handling orders, controlling accounts receivable, forecasting inventory, and receiving complaints. 4. Maintaining sensitivity to the industry and market in the region, collecting useful market intelligence, and developing new customers and new product applications. Qualifications: 1. Technical background, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biology, or chemistry. 2. Positive and optimistic life and work attitude, likes sales work, and is willing to accept challenges. 3. Strong expressive and interpersonal communication skills. 4. Preferred with two or more years of successful sales experience in personal care raw materials. 5. Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the department in daily affairs management, responsible for the sales work of the designated products of the department, including negotiation, quotation, signing, sample delivery, stock preparation, certification reminders, delivery, payment reminders and other links. Complete the sales performance indicators and performance appraisal formulated by the company.
2. Assist in preparing and participating in various exhibitions at home and abroad, and do a good job in the company's relevant publicity work.
3. Familiar with product characteristics, can plan and package products and promote them.
4. Studied the company's existing and potential customers' needs in terms of products, strengthened contacts, expanded markets and developed customers.
5. Assist in the expansion of the company's strategic new product promotion and new product contract customization business, and provide relevant customers with professional, fast, high-quality and efficient services in product promotion and business development.
6. Carry out user service activities, coordinate the relationship with customers, and do a good job in customer satisfaction survey and evaluation.
7. Assist in external liaison, internal communication, cross-departmental assistance, data retrieval, information aggregation, implementation of various weekly exhibition work plans and progress tracking and implementation.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
1, bachelor degree or above, English or international trade major, can accept fresh graduates;
2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation;
3, with a good sense of teamwork, a high degree of enthusiasm and responsibility, temperament and image.
